Navigating Hostile Audiences and Challenging Situations
A one-day group learning session that gives employees an opportunity to share concerns and frustrations re: navigating hostile audiences and dealing with challenging situations and offers strategies and techniques for more effectively handling similar situations in the future.
Group Learning Session – the full-day interactive group session includes real-life simulation activities and brainstorming discussions so as to create a forum specifically designed to exchange ideas, vent concerns, and exchange strategies regarding dealing with hostile or unexpected outbursts, and negative situations.
