EXECUTIVE PRESENCE: WOMEN
Women are often told (or feel) that they are too direct, quiet, aggressive, emotional, speak in too many technical terms, need to speak up more in meetings, or lack confidence. Women who want to avoid these labels, be perceived by others the way they intend, and be seen as leaders, must reflect certain characteristics and communicate key verbal and non-verbal messages. Executive Presence: Women in Business explores key components that empower women to exude a professional presence and present themselves in a manner that communicates confidence, credibility, and competence.
Program Overview: A two-day group learning session that focuses on giving up to 12 women key techniques for exuding an executive presence. Participants will be videotaped so they can identify their strengths and practice eliminating habits and devastating faux pas that could be undermining them and creating the wrong impression.
