Effective Presentation Skills Program with Coaching

Includes a 1 or 2-day group learning session & (2) 1 hr. one-on-one coaching sessions per participant. Group Learning Session – a full-day interactive group session introduces employees to the importance of presentation skills and key techniques for being an effective presenter. The following themes can be covered:

One-on-One Coaching Sessions – the individual sessions help each employee to become more aware of his/her habits and tendencies when it comes to presenting. Each employee is videotaped and practices key techniques to hone and strengthen his/her individual presentation style.

Navigating Challenging Situations & Hostile Audiences Program

Includes a 1 or 2-day group learning session that gives employees an opportunity to share best practices and learn strategies for more effectively navigating hostile audiences and dealing with challenging situations. Group Learning Session – a full-day interactive group session includes real-life simulation activities and brainstorming discussions so as to create a forum specifically designed to share ideas, vent concerns, and exchange strategies when it comes to dealing with hostile or unexpected outbursts and negative situations. The following themes can be covered:
