Effective Presentation Skills
A 1-day program that includes a group learning session & (2) 1 hr. one-on-one coaching sessions per participant.
Group Learning Session – the full-day interactive group session introduces employees to the importance of presentation skills and key techniques for being an effective presenter. The following themes will be covered:

- Preparation Beforehand
- Elements to Focus on Prior to Walking into the Room
- Important Questions to Ask
- Being Aware of Yourself
- Non-Verbal Cues
- Using the Voice
- Openings, Transitions & Closings
- Incorporating Materials
- Observing, Listening, and Modifying
- Handling Q & A
One-on-One Coaching Sessions – the individual sessions help each employee to become more aware of his/her habits and tendencies when it comes to presenting. Each employee is videotaped and practices key techniques to hone and strengthen his/her individual presentation style.
