ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS
Our Mission
We are dedicated to "helping young adults become successful young professionals." By helping young adults to learn the fundamental skills and acquire the essential knowledge needed to make a positive impression in the workplace, we are empowering them to succeed. We achieve our mission through our Enhance Your Chance® Skill-Building Workshops, effective interactive and multi-sensory teaching methodologies and the deep commitment that we have for educating our youth.
Enhance Your Chance® Workshops and Curriculum are a hybrid of interactive lessons and hands-on exercises. This multi-sensory teaching style allows young adults, with diverse learning abilities, not only to retain the information but to immediately assimilate many of the skills they are learning into their daily lives. Katen Consulting, LLC services include:
- EYC® interactive Skill-Building Workshops: help Middle Schools, High Schools, Colleges, and Youth-focused Organizations to enhance the personal growth and professional development of their young adults. Two components integrated into this Program are Staff Development Trainings and Parent Workshops;
- EYC® Training Sessions: help Companies to improve the appearance, productivity, overall etiquette and professionalism of interns, seasonal help, new hires, and part/full-time employees;
- EYC® Private Instruction: gives students and adults the one-on-one guidance they need to pursue employment or higher education with confidence, business savvy and polish;
- EYC® TV Show: Awarded "Best New Show" 2003, and Nominated for "Best Series" 2005, "Enhance Your Chance®: A Guide to Maximizing Your Possibilities" is an award-winning Westchester, NY and NYC cable television show that offers a weekly source of information and provides viewers with important and timely career information. - EYC® Curriculum: Enhance Your Chance® Curriculum will soon equip individuals with the literature, software and audio tools necessary to help them achieve respectability, credibility and success in the business world.
