During a formal sit-down meal, employees hone their ability to Make Conversation; Navigate the Table Top, Order / Avoid Foods, Balance Food/Drink/Conversation, Transition from Small Talk to Business Conversation, Understand the Nuances of Buffet vs. Sit-Down Style Dining, Handle Silverware, Be a Gracious Guest, and Establish Themselves as Effective Hosts. Etiquette lunches / dinner are 2-4 hrs.
