EXECUTIVE PRESENCE: WOMEN
Women are often told (or feel) that they are too direct, quiet, aggressive, emotional, speak in too many technical terms, need to speak up more in meetings, or lack confidence. Women who want to avoid these labels, be perceived by others the way they intend, and be seen as leaders, must reflect certain characteristics and communicate key verbal and non-verbal messages. Executive Presence: Women in Business explores key components that empower women to exude a professional presence and present themselves in a manner that communicates confidence, credibility, and competence.
KATEN CONSULTING works with clients spanning various industries, to include: banking, law, manufacturing, restaurant / hospitality, government, and environmental.
